Justin is Phase2’s Director of Operations. With nearly 20 years of experience in software development and 15 years in project management, Justin brings deep expertise and a proven track record of leading agile teams and complex projects. He holds multiple certifications, including PMP, CSM, CPO, and SPC. Outside of Phase2, Justin is a husband, father of two girls, CrossFit athlete, and is always hungry.
